Returns and refunds
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of packaged, sealed or perishable foodstuffs, such as cheese, cured meats, spirits and other food items.
For health and hygiene reasons and to guarantee product quality, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after an order has been shipped.
We therefore invite our customers to carefully check the order summary before payment. In case of errors in the order or delivery problems (e.g. damaged or incorrect goods), please contact us promptly at info@crucolo.it, attaching explanatory photos and all purchase references. We will carefully evaluate each report and assist you to the best of our ability.
