The magic of Parampampoli

Parampampoli has been the flagship drink of the Crucolo Mountain Hut for over sixty years. Created almost by chance, it was destined to become an icon of Trentino conviviality. Created by Giordano Purin on a cold evening in the 1960s, it is a secret blend of coffee, honey, wine and grape distillate, served ‘flamed’ to warm hearts and evenings. Even today, its unmistakable purple flame lights up the atmosphere at the Rifugio and on the tables of those who choose to take home a sip of our history.
