Sopressa Crucolo is a cured meat produced using Italian pork, stuffed into natural casings and aged for 90 days. It has a pleasant, spicy flavour. Excellent as an appetiser, with an aperitif or as a filling for a snack with a difference.

Each cured meat has its own maturation time: Speck Crucolo matures for at least 120 days, while Salame Crucolo requires around 40 days. Maturation takes place slowly, in controlled environments.
