Shipping
We ship throughout Italy and to some European countries, guaranteeing punctuality, traceability and secure packaging to preserve the quality of our products.
Shipments in Italy
For orders with a domestic destination, shipping costs are divided as follows:
• Orders up to €90.00: €15.00 shipping
• Orders over €90.00: free shipping
• Orders over €120.00: free shipping + free gift
Surcharges for Calabria, islands and international shipments
For shipments to Calabria, Italian islands (Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands) and foreign countries, a fixed surcharge of €35.00 applies, regardless of the order amount.
International shipments
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
International shipments are entrusted to selected couriers who can guarantee punctuality and security even beyond the Italian borders.
Delivery times and conditions
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are generally 36–72 hours throughout Italy.
For international deliveries, delivery may take 3 to 5 working days.
During weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand (such as Christmas or Easter), shipments may be delayed.
Please check the address you have provided and ensure that you are available at the time of delivery to avoid additional costs or storage fees. If you are not available, the parcel will be left at the nearest collection point.
If one or more products are temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted promptly to arrange delivery.
