Fior d’Arancio DOCG sparkling wine is made from yellow Muscat grapes grown on the slopes of the Euganean Hills, where they find the ideal environment to express their maximum fragrance and aroma.
The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a must, which is then fermented in temperature-controlled autoclaves with selected yeasts, giving rise to this particularly pleasant and joyful sparkling wine.
