Crucolo Speck is a charcuterie product prepared from accurately selected pig's legs, smoked traditionally with beech wood. After that it is maturated for 120 days. The taste of Crucolo Speck is pleasantly savory and slightly smoked.
Ingredients: pig legs, salt, dextrose, saccharose, spices, natural falvourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301), preservatives: sodium nitrite (E250), potassium nitrate (E252).
