Crucolo Salami is a charcuterie product obtained from national pigmeat minced with the addition of salt, pepper and spices. Aged 40 days. Salami Crucolo has a pleasant, savoury and spicy taste and it's perfect as a starter, an appetizer or for a delicious break in the day.
Ingredients: national pigmeat, salt, dextrose, natural flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301), preservatives: sodium nitrite (E250).
